The Management Team


The management team at Little Angels is made up of Rachel as owner and Officer in Charge supported by each of her room leaders in Laura, Carla and Sarah. Laura is Deputy Officer in Charge, with Carla and Sarah as Assistant Deputy Officers in Charge, as well as their responsibilities for leading the Little Stars, Angels and Cherubs Rooms respectively. As well as our monthly team meetings for all the nursery, the managers meet on a Monday evening each week to reflect on recent successes and areas for improvement, whilst detailing their plan for a successful week ahead.
