The Team


At Little Angels Nursery we recognise that our team play a crucial part in our childcare and invest in them to ensure your child is given the highest possible quality of care and education.

Little Angels Nursery is staffed with carefully selected, highly motivated nursery nurses to ensure your child receives the highest quality, care and education.

Each hand picked team member at Little Angels Nursery has an individual training plan which is monitored and reviewed each month. Every team member is appraised twice per year.

Communication with you as a parent or carer is important to us, a three way relationship is paramount.

From when your child starts with us at Little Angels Nursery you will find we are warm and welcoming and keen to get to know you. Partnerships between parents, children and team members are naturally built up whilst your child grows with us and we welcome your involvement at any time.

The Management Team

The management team at Little Angels is made up of Rachel as owner and Officer in Charge supported by each of her room leaders in Laura, Carla and Sarah. Laura is Deputy Officer in Charge, with Carla and Sarah as Assistant Deputy Officers in Charge, as well as their responsibilities for leading the Little Stars, Angels and Cherubs Rooms respectively.

As well as our monthly team meetings for all the nursery, the managers meet on a Monday evening each week to reflect on recent successes and areas for improvement, whilst detailing their plan for a successful week ahead.
